We are a voluntary organization working to support fundraisers from the black and minority ethnic (BME) community by providing a regular forum to meet, share experiences and access professional support. BfN is a unique organization fast establishing itself as a leading voice in the voluntary sector currently with over 600 members having subscribed to the network. BfN do this by listening to BME fundraisers and responding with practical and effective support.

MENTORING

BfN’s mentoring scheme is primarily focused on achieving longer term goals and developing the capabilities of black fundraisers. The scheme offers black fundraisers with an effective way of meeting and delivering targets whilst supporting the creative flair in fundraising which will ultimately drive projects forward. It is an effective way of learning from experienced professionals with an impressive track record as well as gaining the confidence and skills needed to become competent in their chosen field of fundraising.
